Since otoro is stored in a Super Freezer, we recommend consuming it within 1-3 days if stored in a regular home freezer

Instructions

To thaw, place the frozen package in ice water for 1 hour while still in the zipper bag. Slice the toro when it’s about 80% thawed – it’ll be slightly firm and easier to slice without becoming too soft. Enjoy!
